Compatibility
CASTECH REL-2000 is compatible with a wide range of concrete formulations and mould materials. It is designed to work effectively with various types of concrete, including pumped concrete pipe piles and square piles, without affecting the final product's surface quality. The product is also suitable for use with common mould materials, ensuring a smooth release and preventing adhesion issues. Always conduct a compatibility test with specific materials and conditions to ensure optimal performance. To ensure effective application of CASTECH REL-2000, it is essential to evenly distribute the release agent on the mold surface. Avoid applying the agent too thickly, as an overly thick layer can increase the occurrence of honeycomb bubbles on the component's surface. When using atomizing tools for spraying, adjust the atomizing nozzle to achieve the best effect. In winter, if bubbles appear on the component's surface, consider brushing the water- based release agent 12 hours before pouring the concrete to allow sufficient time for the agent to air-dry and form a film. Only use tap water for blending the release agent—recycled or circulating water is strictly prohibited. Clean the surface of the mold table before application. Apply the release agent using a brush or spray gun to ensure even coverage. Wipe the mold surface with a cloth moistened by the release agent or use a spray gun to coat the template, ensuring the release agent adheres uniformly

Overdosing CASTECH REL-2000 by using more than the recommended can lead to several problems, including surface residue that affects appearance, potential interference with the curing process, inconsistent agent finishes, and economic inefficiency due to wasted product. Precaution
CASTECH REL-2000 is water-based liquid and is not a fire or health hazard. However, it should not be swallowed or allowed to come into contact with skin and eyes. Suitable protective gloves and goggles should be worn. Spillages should be washed down immediately with cold water. For further information refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet.
Storage & shelf life
Store under cover, out of direct sunlight and protect from extremes of temperature. Storage life up to 12 months when stored in unopened containers as above.
Health & safety
PPE’s: Suitable protective goggles and gloves & mask must be worn. Precautions: Contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and when contact with skin, wash off immediately with soap & water. If swallowed seek medical attention immediately.
Hazard: Regarded as non-hazardous for
